Our comprehensive 3-year Warranty protects you against any manufacturer defects, for a period of 3 years, and covers:
- Reasonable fabric wear and tear through proper usage
- Motorised, mechanical and electrical parts
If you live within one of our recognised metropolitan zones, you will also qualify for our exclusive at-home service! Our qualified and experienced Service Technicians, who work exclusively with Masseuse Massage Chair products, will assist you in the comfort of your own home. We will cover the cost of any replacement parts required to fix your massage chair, as well as the technician’s labour.
Our 3-year warranty:
- Covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Only applies when the Masseuse Massage Chair is purchased directly from Masseuse Massage or a premium authorised retail partner
- Is not valid when the massage chair is purchased from a wholesale outlet or online hamper catalogue

- Is damaged during shipment to you

Extended 5-Year Warranty
By purchasing an Extended Warranty in conjunction with a new product, the warranty period outlined above is extended to the specified timeframe. All other terms and conditions of the massage chair warranty remain the same.
Masseuse Massage Chairs offers a 5-Year Extended Warranty to customers acquiring a massage chair for private use. This increases the initial warranty period by an additional 2 years.
After purchasing, customers have an additional 7 days to purchase an Extended Warranty.
