FREE 3 Year Warranty
This is a comprehensive warranty, protecting you against any manufacturer defects you may experience over 3 whole years. This includes but is not limited to reasonable fabric wear and tear through proper usage, as well as motorised, mechanical and electrical parts.
In fact, if you live within one of our recognised metro zones, your warranty will be a 3-Year In-Home Warranty. This means that we can send out one of our expert Service Technicians, who work exclusively with Masseuse Massage Chair products and clients, to assist you in the comfort of your own home. We will cover any replacement parts they need to fix your massage chair, as well as the cost of their labour.
If your massage product has a latent defect, has been damaged during shipment to you, or has been sent to you in error, we request you contact Customer Care on 0800 003 499 to arrange to get the issue resolved.
